Miss Sindi Dlamini - Executive Chair

Sindi Dlamini holds a post graduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Commerce Degree Majoring in Business Management and Administration with Regent Business School in Eswatini.

She is a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a myriad of skills and talents. She is an advocate for women economic empowerment and the brains behind the Women of Crazy Wealth movement. Her passion is to help women tap into and fully explore their potential is as far as business is concerned. She is hard-working, passionate and dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs within and beyond her borders. She prides herself in accountability, dependability and honesty in all her personal and business dealings.

In 2020, she was selected out of over 6000 applicants from all over Africa as an African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperation (AWEC) Fellow. The AWEC program is a high, tough leadership and business management capacity building program which focuses on applied learning and collaborative experiences to ensure immediate business impact and the creation of a pan-African network of entrepreneurs, experts and allies.

Vice-Chair: Ntombenhle Khathwane

Ntombenhle Khathwane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree Majoring in Political Science and Philosophy.

She is the Founder and CEO of AfroBotanics which is a Johannesburg-based company that manufactures and retails premium ethnic haircare products.

Ntombenhle brings to the organization invaluable experience in marketing and sales, communication strategies, public relations, stakeholder management, project management, departmental policy and budget analysis, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation, research and policy analysis to name but a few. Listed by Forbes Africa as one of 30 entrepreneurs to watch in 2016, She is relentless in encouraging African entrepreneurship that produces and sells in Africa, so that Africa starts owning and keeping as much economic activities within its bays.

Secretary: Zanele Thabede-Vilakati

She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Majoring in Sociology and Psychology with the University of South Africa.

She is the Co-Founder and director of Women Working Together and has extensive experience working in civil society for human rights projects. Zanele has worked with Organizations such as Women and Law in Southern Africa Educational Research Trust where she was tasked with overseeing paralegal initiatives through community bases paralegal training, deployment of paralegals as well as reporting for paralegal work within community level.

She is passionate about helping women alleviate their poverty status, avoiding contracting HIV/AIDS and making decisions for themselves. In 2019, Zanele was selected out of over 50 000 applicants from all over sub-Saharan Africa as a Mandela Washington Fellow (MWF) under the Former President of America, Mr Barack Obama’s Young Africa Leadership Initiative (YALI) and travelled to the United States for a 7week programme that resulted in many lessons in best practices, the importance of collaboration and Africa’s development through partnerships.

Treasurer: Letsiwe Edwards

Letsiwe Edwards holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration

She is the former Human Resource Manager at Tisuka Taka Ngwane and a seasoned organizational development professional who has received all round business exposure to administration, human resource management and consulting, strategy formulation & implementation, inventory management, data analysis, reporting and project management. She is now the General Manager of Logico

Letsiwe is a diligent and hard-working individual, with a strong business acumen, and proven track record of professional integrity and high standards of service delivery. Her key interests lie in strategy, as well as governance and organizational design and development as crucial components of strategy implementation.
